By accessing or using the Conscious Audio website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

All original content, including design, text, code, media, educational material, software tools, Spark submissions, and audio downloads, is the intellectual property of CONSCIOUS AUDIO unless otherwise attributed.

Artwork in the River of Resonance is sourced from public domain or openly licensed APIs with full attribution and used under fair use for educational and inspirational purposes.

You may not use or reproduce any content for commercial purposes without written consent, except as permitted under our Audio License Agreement.

We sell digital ambisonic audio packs ("Licensed Content") via our Tools page. These are downloadable WAV files delivered electronically.

Each purchase includes a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the audio content as outlined in our Audio License Agreement.

• All prices are in AUD
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Payment must be completed before download access
• We do not offer returns or refunds except in the case of file corruption or technical error (see below)

• Download links are delivered via email within seconds of purchase
• Links are valid for 24 hours (contact us for re-delivery if needed)
• We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses or delivery failures

All sales are final. Refunds are only provided if:

• Files are corrupted or incomplete, and
• The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase

You may use the audio in your own productions (films, games, music, installations, etc.) under the license terms. You do not own or acquire rights to the raw audio files themselves.

Attribution is appreciated but not required.

We will retain your purchase records indefinitely. If we ever discontinue service, you will be given 90 days to download your purchases.

Disputes related to purchases must be raised within 60 days. In cases of chargebacks, we reserve the right to provide purchase and download records to Stripe. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in blacklisting from future purchases.

A continuously flowing visual gallery displaying artwork from global public institutions. Users may view, pause, and click through to source institutions. No user uploads are permitted. All artworks are attributed.

Users may submit their name, email, and message through our contact form. Data is emailed to us but not stored on the website.

Users can adjust accessibility settings (contrast, text size, motion, color modes) which are saved locally in their browser only. No server-side storage or cookies are used.

Our /education, /tools, and /library-of-resonance pages provide creative tools, sound design resources, and inspirational content. Use is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Spark feature allows users to interact with creative prompts. If you choose to "burn" a response, it is deleted immediately and not stored. If you submit a creation to the River of Spark, it may be displayed anonymously on the site or in future Conscious Audio materials. You retain all rights to your submission but grant us the right to display it.

You may not:

• Scrape or copy website data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any site functions
• Misrepresent affiliation with CONSCIOUS AUDIO
• Use any site content for resale or redistribution
• Use our services in a way that violates any laws or regulations

Site and content are provided "as is" with no warranties of accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted access.

Educational and inspirational content is not professional, financial, or legal advice.

We do not control or endorse third-party sites linked from our platform. Use at your own risk.

Our total liability for any claim related to a digital purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that product. We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or opportunity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the current version.
