Upon purchase, Conscious Audio grants the purchaser ("Licensee") a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the purchased ambisonic audio content ("Licensed Content") in accordance with this agreement.

You may use the Licensed Content:

• In original works such as films, games, podcasts, music, apps, and virtual environments
• In broadcast and streaming productions
• In commercial and non-commercial media projects
• In installations, experiences, or sound design workflows
• For training artificial intelligence or machine learning systems

Attribution is not required but is appreciated where practical.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original files
• Repackage the Licensed Content into a competing product (e.g. sound libraries, stock audio)
• Claim ownership or authorship of the raw audio files
• Use the Licensed Content in a way that violates any law or infringes on the rights of others

Use of the Licensed Content must not mislead users into believing it was created by or affiliated with a third party.

All intellectual property rights in the Licensed Content remain with CONSCIOUS AUDIO. This license does not transfer ownership—only the right to use the content as outlined herein.

Licensed Content is delivered via secure digital download following successful payment. Download links expire after 24 hours but may be re-issued upon request for verified purchases. Your license to use the content does not expire.

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if:

• The files are corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable
• The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase

We may offer a replacement download or issue a refund at our discretion.

The Licensed Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Conscious Audio's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the specific Licensed Content. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This license is permanent but may be terminated if you breach its terms. In such cases, you must stop using the Licensed Content and delete all copies.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

By completing a purchase or using the Licensed Content, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by this license.

By purchasing audio recordings from Conscious Audio ("Licensed Content"), you are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Licensed Content in accordance with this Agreement.

This license is personal to you (the "Licensee") and commences upon successful payment.

You may use the Licensed Content for:

• Commercial Productions: Film, television, streaming content, advertisements, video games, podcasts, music releases, live performances, installations, and other commercial projects
• Personal Projects: Non-commercial creative works, student projects, portfolio pieces, and personal experimentation
• Broadcast & Distribution: Unlimited broadcasts, streams, theatrical releases, and physical/digital distribution of productions containing the Licensed Content
• Editing & Processing: You may edit, process, manipulate, time-stretch, pitch-shift, layer, and otherwise modify the Licensed Content to suit your creative needs
• Dolby Atmos & Spatial Audio: Convert, adapt, and use the Licensed Content in immersive audio formats including Dolby Atmos, 360 Reality Audio, and other spatial audio systems
• Unlimited Projects: Use the same Licensed Content in multiple productions without additional fees

You may NOT:

• Resell or Redistribute: Sell, license, or distribute the raw Licensed Content (or minimally modified versions) as standalone audio files, sound effects libraries, sample packs, or similar products
• Claim Ownership: Register the Licensed Content as your own copyrighted work or claim authorship
• Transfer License: Transfer, assign, or sublicense your rights to another party (except as incorporated into a completed production)
• Compete: Create competing audio libraries or products that primarily consist of the Licensed Content
• Illegal/Harmful Content: Use the Licensed Content in defamatory, obscene, illegal, or morally objectionable content that damages Conscious Audio's reputation

AI Training Permitted: You may use the Licensed Content for training artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or generative audio systems. This is explicitly allowed under your license.

All Licensed Content remains the exclusive copyrighted property of Conscious Audioand/or its licensors. This Agreement grants you a license to use the content, not ownership of it.

You own the copyright to your final productions that incorporate the Licensed Content. For example, if you create a film score using our recordings, you own the copyright to the final musical composition and production.

Attribution is appreciated but NOT required. If you choose to credit Conscious Audio, we recommend:

• "Ambisonic field recordings by Conscious Audio"

Attribution helps support independent creators and may result in promotional features on our social media channels.

This license is worldwide (all territories) and perpetual(no expiration date). Once granted, the license continues indefinitely unless terminated as outlined in Section 9.

Quality Assurance: Conscious Audio warrants that the Licensed Content is original work, recorded by professional sound recordists, and free from copyright claims by third parties.

No Guarantee of Suitability: While our recordings are professional-grade, we do not guarantee that the Licensed Content will be suitable for your specific project requirements, compatible with all software/hardware, or meet particular technical specifications.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conscious Audio's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Licensed Content. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits or data loss.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once you have received access to the Licensed Content.

Exception: If the Licensed Content is demonstrably corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us at support@consciousaudio.com within 7 days of purchase for resolution.

This license automatically terminates if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must:

• Cease all use of the Licensed Content
• Delete all copies of the Licensed Content in your possession
• Remove the Licensed Content from any publicly accessible productions (where feasible)

Survival: Completed productions distributed before termination may continue to be distributed (e.g., a film released before termination can continue screening).

If we release updated or improved versions of Licensed Content you have purchased, you will receive access to these updates at no additional cost. Download links remain valid for re-download indefinitely.

Service Discontinuation: In the unlikely event Conscious Audio ceases operations, you will receive 90 days notice to download all purchases. Your license to use previously downloaded content remains perpetual.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Melbourne, Victoria.

For international customers, this Agreement also complies with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including EU Consumer Rights Directive and similar regulations.
